PRIMROSE HILL
QUAD PULL UP BAR:
Really, these bars aren’t the best, but because this was the best park in terms of athletes back in the day, I still like them a lot.
The high bar has a slight twist, which makes muscle ups easier if you’re still learning them.
ABS BENCH:
I never use these. The angle of the bench looks good, for those that do.
FLAT ABS BENCH:
I call this an abs bench, but I’m not sure if it’s meant for sit ups or push ups?
STALL BARS:
Very useful for training the human flag and triceps extensions.
TRIPLE GYMNASTIC RINGS:
Haven’t seen many of these in parks. It’s a good idea to have rings permanently in place.
POLE:
I think this is for pole fitness? If not, maybe you do something with the steps and use the pole for balance? I’m not sure.
DOUBLE GYMNASTIC RINGS:
Before the refurb and upgrade, these were the only gymnastic rings in the park. They’re okay, but the triple one is the better of the two.
MONKEY BARS:
This photo is really bad and I’ll take another one the next time in close to the park.
The bars are a nice width and there’s enough space between each rung to perform a clean muscle up (if your form is horrible and you kip, you’ll probably hit your head on the bar behind).
