MILLWALL PARK

PULL UP BAR AND RINGS:
I haven’t used this park, so I’m guessing a bit with these comments.

The pull up bar looks okay. Maybe a bit on the low side.

The rings look an awkward height; too low for pull ups and too high and reverse pulls.

DIP BARS:
I’ve used identical dip bars in Berlin, before they were replaced with a much better set up.

The bars are really thick, but they’re fine for dips.

MONKEY BARS:
These look low, but until I actually visit this park, I’m not sure. They look good for l-seat, hammer grip pull ups and abs exercises.

ABS BENCH:
Looks pretty good.

POLE:
Probably fine for human flag training or pole fitness. I feel this should have been incorporated in to the rest of the set up, rather than take up so much space for a pole.
