TRIPLE PULL UP BAR:
The bars are stainless steel, which means the grip isn’t great. I’d recommend using chalk.

The highest bar is high enough to dead hang without my feet touching the floor (I am only 5’7, but the bar is quite high). They’re quite short so you can’t do wide grip pull ups without your elbows hitting the posts.

ABS BENCH:
Weird looking abs benches.

STEP UP:
The only time I’ve used this, and seen other people use it, is as somewhere to put your gym bag and sit in between sets.
